new briefcase/purse...vote?

So I could use some votes... I am in the market for a new purse/briefcase.  I basically want something big enough to fit a notebook and maybe a couple files, and something not too expensive. Here are the contenders in no particular order:

    First Pick - Kate Spade bag, but I am stripe obsessed right now :) and Second Pick - #9 Marc Jacobs bag LOVE the nude and gold combo!
